Podcast +QSaludable<\/strong> es un proyecto de educaci\u00f3n sanitaria impulsado por M\u00e1s Que Farmacia ORG en colaboraci\u00f3n con Menarini Espa\u00f1a, cuyo objetivo es promover h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables y prevenir enfermedades a trav\u00e9s del conocimiento, la divulgaci\u00f3n y la cercan\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Partiendo de la definici\u00f3n de la OMS, entendemos la salud como un estado de bienestar f\u00edsico, mental y social.<\/strong> Por ello, el proyecto aborda de forma mensual distintas enfermedades y problemas de salud frecuentes\n \u2014como la hipertensi\u00f3n, la diabetes, la salud mental o las enfermedades infecciosas\u2014 poniendo el foco en la prevenci\u00f3n, el autocuidado y la mejora de la calidad de vida.<\/p>\n

El eje central del proyecto es un podcast mensual de aproximadamente 15 minutos<\/strong>, en el que profesionales del \u00e1mbito sanitario y social comparten informaci\u00f3n rigurosa, accesible y pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>.\n Estos contenidos se complementan con materiales gr\u00e1ficos, v\u00eddeos divulgativos y actividades presenciales y online, como conferencias y webinars.<\/p>\n

Todos los materiales generados se integran en los programas de educaci\u00f3n sanitaria de M\u00e1s Que Farmacia ORG, dirigidos especialmente a personas mayores, poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable, personas sin hogar y poblaci\u00f3n rural<\/strong>,\n y se ponen tambi\u00e9n a disposici\u00f3n de profesionales sanitarios y de la ciudadan\u00eda en general.<\/p>\n
